Spyro meets Spyro

Just something unfinished I doodled few days ago.

I'd so like to see the old Spyro making a comeback. I miss him. The new games are fun to play, sure, but Spyro, Sparx and Hunter are all so OOC that I'm gonna cry soon. Okay well, it's nice to see Sparx speaking some more now but at the same time he got useless as hell. Didn't he use to be a dragonfly that could kick other bugs' asses no probs? Now he's just an annoying pain-in-the-ass that wants to run from all the danger he faces.
And man, I'd have been glad to see the old Spyro learning some cool new techniques like the new one. I have nothing against some new attacks and they could have given him a cool backstory all they wanted. But why in the hell did they have to make his scale color and existence into an over-dramatic legend and make him act like the most cliché main character you just can think of? Old Spyro didn't give a crap about his destiny as proven in the old games and you can see there a lot purple dragons. If the old Spyro saw Malefor, he'd probably laugh his ass off and call the guy the ugliest thing he's ever seen. He wouldn't stay still listening to the long stories the older dragons keep telling in the TLoS series but instead run for the odd monsters this new trilogy is full of.
Plus they COMPLETELY changed the awesome world Spyro used to live in. C'mon, they could have staid even a little more true to the original.
TLoS Spyro may be able to kick Insomniac Spyro's ass but I'll always cheer for the old one u__u

Anyway, as much as I'm disappointed in the new Spyro and TLoS series, I'd still like to see a "crossover" like this. The two Spyros are so different that they aren't the same person at all. How would they get along? And what would TLoS Spyro say if he saw the original Hunter? Not to mention TLoS Sparx trying to survive in Year of the Dragon's Sparx levels.

Oh, btw, I tried making original Spyro to look a bit older (though I failed) so that he wouldn't be like two times smaller than the TLoS Spyro from DotD. I didn't wanna draw Spyro from New beginning or Eternal night because... well, they both are ugly as hell @__@

Yeah, maybe I've talked enough for now.
